Nominations - April General Meeting

Article III – Nominations and Elections

Section 1 –

Nominations shall be made from the floor at the regular meeting in April
- A person interested in an election position may indicate in writing before the nominating meeting – need not be present to accept nomination (said letter of intent or email must be filed with the Adjutant before the meeting)
All nominated & appointed offices shall be required to have either a copy of a DD214 or an honorable discharge on file before the meeting at which nominations are held
Voting shall take place at the regular meeting in May

All members are required to show their current membership card upon entering the Post.

Non-members who wish to be sponsored must be present at the same time as the member. When the sponsor leaves the Post, the Non-member will need to leave as well.
